Meet Dr. Lahey
Dr. Lahey was born in New York City and later moved with his family to Cheshire, CT. He attended Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT and graduated with a BA in Chemistry in 1998.
Dr. Lahey attended Temple University School of Dentistry and graduated with a DMD in 2002. From there he went directly into a three-year specialty residency in periodontics at the University of Louisville. During the residency he earned a Masters degree in Oral Biology and completed a clinical research study on cancellous allograft blocks for ridge augmentation procedures.
Dr. Lahey is a published co-author in the International Journal of Periodontics and Restorative Dentistry. Prior to joining Dr. Scotto’s practice he was in private practice in Fairfield, CT for three years.
Dr. Lahey is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology (Board Certified) and is the current Vice President of the Connecticut Society of Periodontists.
He currently lives with his wife, Dr. Amy Vincent, in Bethany. They enjoy spending their free time on the golf course.
